Eligibility Criteria:

- Aged 18-30 years (exceptions possible for outstanding leaders over 30).
- Open to all nationalities worldwide.
- Proficient in English (written, spoken, and reading).
- Founder or leader of a registered non-profit organization operating for at least 3 years.
- Organization’s annual income:
- For $10,000 grant: Between $10,000 and $1,000,000 USD.
- For $50,000 grant: Between $100,000 and $2,000,000 USD.
- Project proposal for a 6-12 month initiative.
- Must attend and actively participate in One Young World Summit 2025 and the full fellowship program.
- Access to a device and internet connection for online fellowship sessions.
- Willingness to collaborate, share insights, and act as an AstraZeneca ambassador.
