Since 2016, AstraZeneca has partnered with One Young World (OYW) to recognize, fund, and support young leaders who are transforming healthcare access and advocating for health equity. As a fellow, you’ll receive not only leadership development but also grants, mentorship, and access to a vast global network.

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested in applying? Make sure you meet these eligibility requirements:

Aged 18-30 years (exceptions possible for outstanding leaders over 30).
Open to all nationalities worldwide.
Proficient in English (written, spoken, and reading).
Founder or leader of a registered non-profit organization operating for at least 3 years.
Organization’s annual income:
- For $10,000 grant: Between $10,000 and $1,000,000 USD.
- For $50,000 grant: Between $100,000 and $2,000,000 USD.
Project proposal for a 6-12 month initiative.
Must attend and actively participate in One Young World Summit 2025 and the full fellowship program.
Access to a device and internet connection for online fellowship sessions.
Willingness to collaborate, share insights, and act as an AstraZeneca ambassador.
