Required Application Documents
To be considered, applicants must submit the following documents in English (in PDF format) via the online application portal:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV): Highlight your academic and extracurricular achievements.
- Motivation Letter (Max. 1 Page): Explain why you want to study at Transilvania University and how this scholarship will impact your future.
- Three Letters of Recommendation: Must support your outstanding academic and personal achievements.

Selection Process & Timeline
An evaluation board, appointed by the Rector of Transilvania University, will assess applications based on the quality of submitted documents. The selection process follows this schedule:
- 17 Feb 2025 – 25 Apr 2025: Application submission period
- 28 Apr 2025 – 28 May 2025: Evaluation of application files
- 29 May 2025 – 30 May 2025: Approval of selected candidates
- 02 June 2025: Announcement of successful candidates via email
