Recruitment Process
Our rigorous selection process ensures we find the most committed and capable candidates:

- In-Person Assessment – Participate in activities at our Assessment Centre to showcase your leadership potential.
Where You’ll Serve
Fellows are placed in underserved communities across Kenya, both rural and urban. You’ll not only teach but also lead initiatives to tackle educational challenges head-on, working closely with students, families, and community members.
