Through a partnership between the National Research Foundation (NRF) of South Africa and the Mandela Institute for Development Studies (MINDS), the program promotes academic collaboration, cultural exchange, and leadership development to drive Africa’s growth.

Eligibility Criteria

- For Master’s & Honours: Have admission (or be applying) to a participating African university outside your home country.
- For Doctoral: Meet NRF funding requirements and submit a well-developed research proposal.
