You’ll join a dynamic startup team and contribute to the entire product lifecycle of Linux-based chip management applications. This role is perfect for senior-level engineers who love working with firmware, low-level development, and embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Linux-based chip management software and SDKs.
- Build and optimize test suites to validate SDK workflows used by device manufacturers.
- Create mock components to support unit testing of device firmware.
- Develop and refine testing lab infrastructure and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Review code, enforce quality standards, and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage and deliver projects independently while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in embedded software engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in C, Python, and Shell scripting.
- Strong background in Embedded Linux and Windows environments.
- Knowledge of client-server architecture, multithreading, and SPI protocol.
- Experience building unit tests, mock components, and SDK integration tests.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of embedded security and network protocols.
- Familiarity with SAST tools and Python-based web UI frameworks.
- Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.
