Exciting news! Applications are now open for the World Forum for Democracy 2025, a prestigious annual gathering hosted by the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France. This fully funded opportunity invites up to 70 young changemakers from around the globe to participate in a three-day forum focused on the future of democracy.

This year’s theme is: “Democracy at Risk: How Can We Revive It?” — and youth voices are more important than ever. Selected delegates will arrive on November 2, 2025, ahead of the main forum held from November 5–7, 2025, at the European Youth Centre.
