Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:

- Demonstrate strong motivation and commitment to development-related issues
- Be under 35 years old for initial master’s programs
- Be under 45 years old for advanced master’s programs
- Agree to return to their home country after completing the program
Applicants who have previously studied in Belgium or received a Belgian government scholarship are not eligible.
