Fellowship Benefits
This is a fully funded opportunity with no application fees. Fellows will receive:

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of an ODA-recipient country
- Have earned a PhD between 2018 and 2025
(Earlier graduates with significant career breaks can also apply) - Not currently hold a permanent academic position
- Have not previously held this fellowship
- Be able to provide proof of PhD completion (if graduation is pending)
- Be available for the full 12-month commitment
