Join Heavy Metal Equipment & Rentals, North America’s leading heavy equipment rental and maintenance company. We’re currently hiring Red Seal/Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technicians with a specialty in Diesel Electric systems to join our growing team in the Alberta Oil Sands.

What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on mobile heavy-duty mining equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, John Deere)
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and replace components
- Collaborate with a skilled team to maintain high service standards
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
What You Bring
- Red Seal or Journeyman Certification (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with large-scale mining equipment
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Team player with a strong safety mindset
- Advanced Class 5 license with air brakes (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass medical/fit tests
