About the Opportunity
Select Harvest, a leading agribusiness in Australia’s horticulture industry, is actively hiring a Farm Manager for its Almond Division. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals in farm or orchard management to take on a leadership role with strong career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of almond farm operations, including labour and machinery.
- Develop and execute irrigation and fertigation programs.
- Monitor orchard health, seasonal changes, and harvest management.
- Ensure strict compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards.
- Manage budgets, stock records, and operational financial reports.
- Lead and mentor a skilled farm team to meet production targets.
Candidate Profile – What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing farms or orchards (tree nuts or almonds preferred).
- Formal qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field (Diploma/Degree preferred).
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Solid knowledge of irrigation systems, farm machinery, and WHS compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and digital literacy skills.
