ALA is more than just a school — it’s a transformative two-year leadership and academic program for exceptional young Africans. Through a unique blend of rigorous academics, leadership training, and real-world entrepreneurial experiences, ALA empowers young leaders to think boldly, act courageously, and solve some of Africa’s most pressing challenges.

- You must be born on or after September 1, 2006
- You must be a citizen of an African country
Funding and Scholarships
ALA offers extensive financial aid to ensure access for all accepted students. Approximately 97% of students receive scholarships, which help cover the full annual program cost of $30,900 — including:
