Financial Benefits
The InteRussia Fellowship Program covers the following expenses:
- Round-trip airfare to and from Moscow

- Monthly stipend of RUB 45,000

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Open to all nationalities
- Applicants must be non-Russian citizens
- Age range: 25–39 years
- Submission of a research proposal aligned with the fellowship theme
- One of the following:
- A PhD degree, or
- At least 3 years of work experience in academic institutions or think tanks, or
- PhD studies currently in progress
