Join Impact Pioneers 2025 in Stockholm! A fully funded leadership program for Climate Tech changemakers across Africa, Asia, Europe & MENA.
Hosted by the Swedish Institute, this fully funded leadership initiative invites changemakers from around the globe to take part in an 8-week hybrid learning experience—culminating in a transformative in-person summit in Stockholm, Sweden, in October 2025.
What is Impact Pioneers ’25?
Impact Pioneers is more than just a leadership program—it’s a global movement. Designed for ecosystem enablers and local innovation champions, it connects participants with Sweden’s world-class Climate Tech landscape, equipping them with tools, insights, and networks to lead sustainable change at home.
With a focus on the theme “Enabling Climate Tech Entrepreneurship”, this program helps you tackle climate challenges through entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration.

What’s Covered?
All expenses for selected participants are covered by the Swedish Institute:
- Round-trip flights to Sweden
- Accommodation and meals during the summit
- Local transportation and travel insurance
- Full access to all training and networking sessions
Note: Participants from Saudi Arabia must cover their own travel and stay, as the country falls outside Sweden’s development cooperation framework.
Who Should Apply?
This program is open to:
- Founders/managers of startup hubs, accelerators, or incubators
- Leaders from tech and innovation ecosystems
- Managers of university-based innovation centers
- Public sector professionals supporting Climate Tech entrepreneurship
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a citizen and resident of one of the 26 eligible countries (see below)
- Must work in an organization that actively supports entrepreneurs
- Should have authority to build international partnerships
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willing to collaborate, share, and contribute to peer learning
- Able to identify real challenges to address during the program
Your organization must also:
- Be locally owned and based in an eligible country
- Support sustainable entrepreneurship or be preparing to
- Work toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

- Africa: Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Uganda, South Africa, Zambia
- Asia: Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam
- Europe: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Sweden, Ukraine, Türkiye
- MENA: Morocco, Egypt, Saudi Arabia
Ukrainian nationals residing abroad are also eligible.
