About the Role
This is not your typical development job. You’ll be working primarily with OCaml, a functional programming language not commonly used in mainstream environments. But don’t worry if you’re unfamiliar — the team places a strong emphasis on teaching and mentoring.
This is a rare opportunity to gain expertise in a niche tech stack while solving real-world problems in a high-performance trading environment.
What They’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similarly technical, scientific discipline.
- Proven programming skills in object-oriented or functional languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Haskell, OCaml, etc.).
- A strong passion for technology and innovation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills – you’ll be working in a tight-knit, intellectually curious team.
