About the Role: Sous Chef (Live-In Available)
As a Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes that reflect the inn’s commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain consistently high culinary standards
- Assist with menu development and costings
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team
- Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Oversee hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
- Take charge in the Head Chef’s absence
