Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must:
- Be a citizen of an eligible country
- Be a government official nominated by their country’s relevant ministry
- Be preferably under 40 years old
- Be in good physical and mental health
- Hold:
- A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience for Master’s applicants
- A Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience for PhD applicants (preferably post-KOICA Master’s)
- A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience for Master’s applicants
- Have strong English proficiency (no official test required, but important for coursework)
