Applications are now open for the Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship (QECS) 2025/26, a prestigious fully funded scholarship program designed for students from Commonwealth countries. This unique initiative offers the chance to pursue a two-year Master’s degree in selected low- and middle-income Commonwealth nations, with all expenses covered.
The QECS is more than just a scholarship — it’s an opportunity for emerging leaders committed to driving change within their communities and beyond. Applicants from all Commonwealth countries are eligible, and there is no application fee.

Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of a Commonwealth country
- Academic Background: Completed an undergraduate degree with at least a 2:1 (or equivalent)
- Age Limit: No upper age limit
- Study Mode: Full-time only
- Others: Final-year undergraduates are not eligible
