Financial Benefits
Although this is a remote internship, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend ranging from $200 to $500 USD, depending on the intern’s location and duty station. All work is conducted online—no relocation or travel required.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will work with the Chief Digital Office and contribute to several strategic workstreams, including:
- Inclusive Digital Ecosystems: Promote rights-based digital development, research digital inclusion, and support digital public infrastructure.
- Capacity Building: Assist country offices with digital and AI readiness assessments, strategy development, and access to training resources.
- UNDP Digital Strategy: Support implementation tracking, research, and global positioning of UNDP’s digital leadership.
- Business Operations: Help streamline procurement, finance, and internal processes.
- Partnerships & Thought Leadership: Conduct research, support outreach, and engage in global digital transformation conversations.
- Product Design: Contribute to the design and testing of digital and AI tools.
- Change Management: Support internal knowledge exchange and transformation tracking.
