Requirements:
- Experience in Social Media or Communications: Previous experience managing social media accounts and creating content for a global audience is a must. Familiarity with analytics tools is also highly valued.
- Passion for Survivor-Centered Work: A genuine commitment to gender justice and supporting survivors of gender-based violence is crucial for this role.
- Global Perspective: Ability to create content that speaks to people from diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds.
- Empathy & Sensitivity: A nuanced approach to communication, particularly when discussing sensitive topics like gender-based violence, is essential.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: The ability to think outside the box and adapt strategies based on audience feedback and analytics.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
