Study in Azerbaijan for Free – Fully Funded Scholarships 2025/26 Open

Application Process – Step by Step

1. Do not apply directly to the universities.
   
2. Wait for your country’s designated authorities (Ministries, Embassies, Higher Education departments) to open nominations.
   
3. Submit your documents to these authorities.
   
4. Nominated candidates will be guided to apply via the Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission System (SIACAS).
