Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate (Bachelor’s):
- Valid passport or ID (refugee status documents if applicable)
- High school certificate or recent transcripts (with official translation)
- Personal motivation letter (Kazakh, Russian, or English)
- 2 recommendation letters (academic or professional)
- Health certificate + HIV/AIDS clearance
- Application form
- Optional: Admission letter from a Kazakh university
Master’s:
- Valid passport or ID
- Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcripts (official translation if needed)
- GPA of B average or above
- Motivation letter in Kazakh, Russian, or English
- 2 recommendation letters
- Health clearance + HIV/AIDS test
- Language proficiency (English, French, German, Chinese) with a test score (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.), unless exempt
PhD:
