Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of an eligible country (see below)
- Not be a Polish citizen
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Not already have a Master’s degree
- Not have received this scholarship before
- Have at least B2-level proficiency in English

Note: Applicants from Eastern Partnership and Western Balkans countries (e.g., Ukraine, Serbia, Armenia) may also apply for programs in humanities and social sciences.
