Applications are now open for the KAPSARC Graduate Development Program (GDP) 2025 in Saudi Arabia. This prestigious fully funded, 12-month program is designed for recent Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates from around the world to gain hands-on experience at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) in Riyadh.
Starting in September 2025, selected candidates will work in multidisciplinary teams to develop the practical skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a professional environment. There is no application fee, and the program offers comprehensive benefits covering housing, salary, medical insurance, and more.

Eligibility Requirements
- Open to applicants from all nationalities
- Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Graduation year must be 2024 or 2025
- GPA Requirement:
- 4.0/5.0 or
- 3.2/4.0 or
- 60/100
- 4.0/5.0 or
- Language Requirements:
- IELTS (Academic): 6.5+
- TOEFL iBT: 79+
- IELTS (Academic): 6.5+
- Must have less than one year of work experience
- Certificate equivalency is required for foreign degrees
- If graduation certificate is pending, submit a formal graduation statement
