Teach For All, a leading global education network, is recruiting a Program Manager for Girls’ Education to drive its mission of advancing gender equity and empowering girls worldwide. This is a fully remote role offering a unique opportunity to work with educators, alumni, and network partners across 64 countries to strengthen leadership, foster community, and create lasting impact in girls’ education.
You will work closely with the Head of Girls’ Education to design and deliver transformative programs, build global partnerships, and champion best practices in gender equity.
- Location: Remote – Open to candidates in Côte D’Ivoire, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia, Morocco, Mauritius, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand.

Key Responsibilities
1. Capacity Building & Program Development
- Lead the Global Girls’ Education Fellowship and online learning programs for hundreds of staff, fellows, and alumni.
- Design new training experiences under the Global Institute to address evolving education needs.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions tailored to network partners.
2. Community Engagement & Partnerships
- Relaunch the Global Girls’ Education Community of Practice to promote collaboration, peer learning, and advocacy.
- Build a vibrant network of educators, fellows, alumni, and organizations working to advance girls’ education.
3. Subject Matter Expertise
- Stay updated on global trends in intersectional girls’ education and gender equity.
- Curate and manage the Girls’ Education Learning Resource Hub with accessible, relevant resources.
- Create case studies and share success stories from the global network.
4. External Representation
- Represent Teach For All in global gender equity forums.
- Highlight the work of teachers, alumni, and community leaders through media and partnerships.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–6 years’ experience in girls’ education, gender equity, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Teach For All’s mission; prior involvement with a network partner is a plus.
- Proven ability to work across cultures and time zones in a virtual environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
