Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the FAO Internship 2026, candidates must:
- Be nationals of FAO member countries
- Be 21 to 30 years old at the start of the internship
- Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program
- Hold a degree from an institution listed on the World Higher Education Database (WHED)
- Be proficient in at least one FAO official language (English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, or Russian)
- Not have immediate family members (parents or siblings) working at FAO under any type of contract
- Be able to secure the necessary visa before traveling
