The World Economic Forum (WEF) is now accepting applications for the Early Careers Programme (ECP) – Spring 2026 Cohort. This prestigious full-time opportunity allows young professionals to gain hands-on experience at one of the world’s most influential global organizations.
The six-month programme will take place onsite across four international locations: Geneva, Beijing, Mumbai, and Tokyo. Participants will work closely with expert teams, contribute to high-impact projects, and develop the skills needed to thrive in global public-interest careers.

Programme Overview
The Early Careers Programme is designed for:
- Recent graduates, and
- Individuals with up to three years of professional experience (internships included).
Participants will gain:
- Hands-on exposure to global initiatives
- The opportunity to collaborate with world-class experts and thought leaders
- A foundation of skills to advance their international careers
Compensation (Fully Paid)
Participants receive a monthly salary based on their location:
- Geneva: CHF 4,500 (salary + medical allowance)
- Beijing: CNY 12,500
- Mumbai: INR 91,666
- Tokyo: JPY 333,333
