This program supports students pursuing Master’s degrees in IsDB member countries. Applicants must secure admission into a university ranked within the top 1000 globally by Times Higher Education.

3) Scholarship Program for Muslim Communities in Non-Member Countries (SPMC)
This program supports young Muslims living in IsDB non-member countries to pursue undergraduate studies in key development-related fields.

- Study Location: Applicant’s home country (government-recognized universities)

This program targets students from 21 Least Developed IsDB Member Countries, supporting Bachelor’s degrees and technical diplomas.

- Partner Countries for Placement: Malaysia, Morocco, Türkiye
