Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving growth in Northern Europe. The role focuses primarily on Enterprise plans and involves:
- Owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals (5–7 months average)
- Managing and optimizing inbound leads (70–80%) for Enterprise plans
- Experimenting with outbound strategies (20–30%) to generate new opportunities
- Building strategic relationships with key decision-makers in DevOps, IT, and engineering
- Collaborating with sales development reps, solutions engineers, and customer success managers
- Providing feedback to the product team to help improve n8n’s offerings
Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in Enterprise sales
- Experience closing 5–6 figure deals with large enterprises
- A track record as a top performer with high quotas (+€800K ARR)
- Comfort selling to technical stakeholders such as IT, DevOps, SecOps, or engineering teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality for outbound sales
- Bonus points for experience in open source, PLG companies, developer tools, or Series A/B startups
