About the Billing Representative Role
As a Billing Representative (BR), you will be part of the Collections team, responsible for ensuring that workplaces (like healthcare facilities) pay invoices on time. In this role, cash flow is critical, and your work will directly impact the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Call and email clients to follow up on payments
- Identify the root cause of non-payment and resolve billing concerns
