Selected candidates receive a comprehensive funding package that includes:
- Full tuition fees paid directly to the university
- Monthly living allowance of SEK 12,000
- One-time travel grant of up to SEK 15,000
- Membership in the SI Network for Global Professionals (NFGP)
- Access to the Sweden Alumni Network after graduation
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of one of the 34 eligible countries
- Apply to and gain admission into an eligible Swedish master’s programme
- Be required to pay tuition fees
- Have relevant professional work experience
- Demonstrate leadership experience through employment or civil society involvement
Eligible Countries
Applicants are accepted from selected countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe, including (but not limited to):
Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Zambia, South Africa, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, Jordan, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and others.
