Applications are now open for the Global Peace Photo Award 2026, an international photography competition that celebrates images promoting peace, humanity, social justice, environmental responsibility, and hope. Winners will receive cash prizes and an all-expenses-paid trip to Vienna, Austria, for the award ceremony in September 2026.
Photographers from all countries are invited to submit their best work and compete for the prestigious Alfred Fried Peace Medal.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Global Peace Photo Award 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Open to photographers worldwide
- Children aged 14 or younger can apply for the “Children’s Peace Image of the Year” category
- Applicants aged 15 and above should apply through the main categories
- Photos must be submitted in high-quality JPG format
- Images should have at least 3000 pixels on the longer side
- Submitted photos must not contain watermarks, logos, names, or borders
