Employment Type

- Rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- 75 hours per fortnight
Main Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be responsible for:
- Conducting clinical assessments for residents
- Developing and reviewing care plans
- Monitoring changes in residents’ health conditions
- Supervising and mentoring care staff
- Supporting wound care and diabetes management
- Administering and monitoring medication systems
- Working closely with doctors and allied health professionals
- Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and AN-ACC requirements
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in aged care or similar settings
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in wound management and diabetes care
- Willingness to relocate to a regional or remote area in Australia
