The Harpswell Leadership Program is a professional development initiative designed to promote women’s leadership, global citizenship, and community empowerment. Participants will live and work in Harpswell’s centers, providing mentorship, language instruction, and academic support to young Cambodian women.

All selected residents will receive:

What You’ll Do

As a Harpswell Leadership Resident, your role includes:

Teaching the Harpswell Core Curriculum on leadership, ethics, and critical thinking
Leading weekly discussions on current events, global affairs, and leadership
Tutoring students in English to help improve fluency and comprehension
Offering regular office hours for academic and personal mentorship
Supporting students in developing their leadership projects and goals
Organizing social and cultural activities to foster community engagement
