Are you a passionate young leader working to advance gender equity, mental health, and human rights in Africa, Asia, or the Middle East? The Hauwa Ojeifo Scholarship 2025, in collaboration with the Hauwa Ojeifo Global Impact Fund for Women & Girls and One Young World, is now open for applications!
This fully funded scholarship offers access to the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany, as well as post-summit support to help changemakers scale their initiatives. It is designed for individuals making a tangible impact in areas such as sexual and reproductive health, mental health, disability inclusion, gender-based violence, and more.
About the Scholarship
Despite progress, gender equality and mental health equity remain far from achieved. The UN reports it may take up to 300 years to end child marriage, and millions of women and girls lack access to basic health and human rights. This scholarship seeks to bridge that gap by investing in grassroots leaders championing systemic change in their communities.
The Hauwa Ojeifo Scholarship uplifts bold, courageous voices creating solutions for women, girls, and marginalized communities—especially in underrepresented regions.
