Applications are now open for the Taipei Tech Southbound Elite Training Program 2025 in Taiwan! This prestigious fully funded exchange program is sponsored by Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and hosted by the National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT)—commonly known as Taipei Tech.
Running from September 8, 2025, to January 9, 2026, the program aims to deepen cultural understanding and enhance cooperation between Taiwan and partner countries. Participants will explore Taiwanese culture, take AI and semiconductor-focused academic courses, and learn Mandarin Chinese—all without any tuition or application fees. No IELTS required!

Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible if you:
- Are a student from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Australia, or New Zealand
- Are currently in your 2nd, 3rd, or final year of university (sophomore, junior, or senior)
- Do not reside in Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Macau
- Can communicate in English (no IELTS required)
