Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

Be Portuguese nationals or have legal residence status in Portugal
Be enrolled in or applying for:
- A Higher Technical Professional Course
- A Bachelor’s, Integrated Master’s, or Master’s degree (with at least 30 ECTS)
Not already hold a qualification equivalent to or higher than the intended program
Have a combined household income under €11,049.89 (€12,569.89 if you work part-time)
Own movable assets below €115,303.20
Be in good standing with tax and social security authorities
Students from emergency situations (e.g., Ukraine, Syria) are exempt from income limits and eligible for maximum support (€5,981.73)
