Applications are now open for the St. Gallen Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) 2025, a prestigious fully funded program that brings together 100 young global changemakers for a transformative journey of leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
Organized in partnership with the University of Oxford and the St. Gallen Symposium, the program empowers postgraduate students and early-career professionals to tackle pressing global challenges through teamwork, dialogue, and mentorship.
The best-performing teams will be invited to the 55th St. Gallen Symposium in May 2026, joining world leaders, business executives, and academics as official Leaders of Tomorrow—with all travel and accommodation fully covered.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Global Leadership Challenge 2025, candidates must:
- Be aged 21–30 years.
- Be currently enrolled in a Master’s or Doctoral program, OR working as a young professional.
- Hold a completed undergraduate degree.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to responsible leadership through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
- Be available to commit to five half-days of sessions (11–15 December 2025).
- Show motivation to engage actively throughout the program.
Eligible Countries: Open to applicants from all nationalities and disciplines.
