Applications are now open for the McCain Global Leaders Program (MGLP) 2026, a fully funded 12-month international leadership program designed to empower emerging and established leaders from around the world.
The program combines virtual leadership workshops with 25 days of in-person global travel across three countries, including Greece and Vietnam. Each year, only 25 outstanding leaders are selected, making MGLP one of the most competitive and prestigious global leadership programs available.

Program Structure
The McCain Global Leaders Program runs from June 2026 to May 2027 and includes both virtual and in-person components.
In-Person Components (25 Days Total)
- Fall 2026 – Athens, Greece:
A 10-day immersive leadership experience, marking the program’s first in-person gathering. - Winter 2026/27 – Changemaker Tour:
A 5-day regional study tour hosted in one country per region. - Spring 2027 – Vietnam:
A 7-day Legacy Experience, focused on long-term impact and leadership outcomes.
