The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) has opened applications for the prestigious Raisina Young Fellows Programme 2026, organized in partnership with the Observer Research Foundation (ORF). This initiative reflects PCNS’s continued commitment to developing young global leaders and fostering meaningful international cooperation.

About the Raisina Young Fellows Programme
The Raisina Young Fellows Programme brings together exceptional young professionals from around the world — including those in politics, diplomacy, business, media, civil society, and academia — to engage in high-level discussions on global governance and policy innovation.
Participants will explore pressing international issues such as:
- Multilateralism and global governance
- Technology and cyber policy
- Sustainable development and climate action
- Economic resilience and inclusive growth
- Regional and international security
What Fellows Gain
Selected participants will:
- Engage directly with senior diplomats, policymakers, business leaders, and scholars

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be 28 to 35 years old
- Demonstrate professional excellence and leadership potential
- Show a strong commitment to international policy and global affairs
- Have a background in politics, diplomacy, business, civil society, media, or academia
- Possess excellent English communication skills
