Are you passionate about sports journalism? The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is now accepting applications for the Young Reporters Programme at the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games (YOG). This fully funded opportunity will bring together 16 aspiring sports journalists from around the world to train, report, and gain hands-on experience in a live Olympic environment.
About the IOC Young Reporters Programme
Launched at the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games, the IOC Young Reporters Programme has become a flagship initiative designed to inspire and prepare the next generation of sports media professionals. Organized under IOC Media Operations, the programme combines practical training, mentorship, and real-time Olympic coverage.
Over the years, it has provided young journalists with unmatched opportunities to:

Eligibility Criteria
