Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a national of a MEXT-designated country
- Be born on or after April 2, 1990
- Have a GPA of 2.30/3.00 or higher
- First apply to APU (university selects and recommends candidates)
- Provide English proficiency test scores taken after March 2024
English Test Exemption: If you studied at an English-medium institution, you may submit a proficiency letter instead of test scores.
