Job Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts—ensuring satisfaction, promoting retention, and driving growth. You’ll foster executive relationships, deliver strategic insights, and act as the customer’s voice within Kiteworks’ internal teams.
This is a high-touch role that requires strong communication, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across enterprise accounts
- Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through consistent engagement
- Represent customer interests to internal teams like Marketing and Engineering
- Proactively monitor customer health and usage metrics
- Develop success plans and identify growth opportunities
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance the customer journey
- Travel occasionally (up to 25%) to support customer relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or related roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels, including C-suite
- Proven ability to drive value and long-term success for customers
- Quick learner with technical acumen and business insight
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field preferred
- Must be a team player with high energy and a customer-first mindset
