Applications are now open for the Erasmus Mundus CLIDE Scholarship 2026/28, a fully funded international master’s program designed for future global leaders. The CLIDE (Intercultural Leadership in the Digital Era) program equips students with advanced leadership skills tailored for today’s technology-driven and multicultural world.
Funded by the European Union under the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (EMJM) initiative, this program allows students to study across multiple countries including Poland, Spain, Austria, and Morocco. Participants are required to study in at least two countries during the program.

Program Structure
The CLIDE Master’s program combines academic learning, mobility, and practical experience:
- September (Start): Integration week in Toruń, Poland
- Semester 1: University of Granada, Spain (core courses)
From the second semester, students choose one of two tracks:
Track 1: Leading Intercultural Teams
- Semester 2: Austria
- Semester 3: Ukraine (currently delivered in Poland due to ongoing circumstances)
Track 2: Leadership in the Digital Era
- Semester 2: Poland
- Semester 3: Morocco
- Final Semester: Internship + Master’s thesis (Poland)
At the end of Year 1, students participate in a Summer School focused on emerging trends in leadership and global collaboration.
