Crisp is currently hiring a talented UI/UX Designer to take charge of the visual and functional experience across their ecosystem — including the chat widget, web app, public website, and integration tools.
For over a decade, the Crisp team has handled all design work in-house, using a mix of internal efforts and external collaborations. As the platform continues to grow and evolve, they’re now seeking a dedicated full-time designer to bring greater consistency, care, and clarity to their design output.
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Europe. However, those located in Nantes are welcome to work from their local office.
- Location: Remote (Europe-based) or onsite in Nantes, France
- Salary Range: €50,000 – €72,000 gross/year
Key Responsibilities
- Design consistent, user-friendly experiences across Crisp’s chat widget, web app, website, and integrations
- Build and maintain a reusable and scalable design system
- Collaborate closely with developers
- Deliver polished, functional designs ready for real-world application
- Refine and unify older design elements while leading new design initiatives
- Support both major redesigns and smaller, iterative UI improvements
Ideal Candidate
- Strong UI and UX design skills with a portfolio of shipped, real-world work
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design
- Proficiency in designing responsive web apps and websites
- Team-oriented mindset — open to sketching, feedback, and iteration
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma or Sketch
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written) — the team’s working language
