What the Engagement Editor Will Do

The selected candidate will help grow WWB’s online audience and manage engagement across social media platforms including:

Instagram
Facebook
LinkedIn
Bluesky

Responsibilities include:

Creating and scheduling social media posts
Designing graphics, memes, reels, and multimedia content
Promoting literary articles, events, and programs
Engaging with followers and online communities
Monitoring social media analytics and engagement trends
Supporting digital campaigns and audience growth

The role also involves working closely with editorial, education, and communications teams.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

At least one year of experience in social media, communications, or digital marketing
Strong writing and editing skills
Experience creating engaging online content
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Interest in international literature and global culture

Experience with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, WordPress, Trello, or analytics platforms is an advantage.

Eligibility
