Role Overview – Restaurant Manager
ZSG is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager for its Hamilton location. The role provides full training and support to ensure the team executes “The Zeus Way” across all daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about food, hospitality, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage staff to build a strong, efficient team
- Handle office and administrative duties, including financial management
- Manage stock, inventory, and ordering
- Oversee shift operations and ensure smooth daily restaurant performance
- Report directly to Owners/Directors
Skills & Experience Required
- Leadership: Natural leader with a hands-on approach
- Passion for Food: Demonstrates enthusiasm for culinary and restaurant operations
- Positive Attitude: A proactive “can do” mindset
- Team Management: Ability to build and manage an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
