Overview of the Consultancy
The selected consultant will lead a comprehensive brand transformation project, helping NetHope modernize its messaging and visual identity in line with its 2024–2030 strategic plan.
This will involve working closely with internal teams, member organizations, and external stakeholders to co-create a refreshed brand that reflects NetHope’s mission and future direction.
Scope of Work
The project will be delivered in four structured phases:
1. Discovery & Research
- Conduct a full brand audit
- Analyze peer organizations and sector positioning
- Facilitate internal workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Produce a discovery report with strategic insights
2. Strategic Messaging
- Refine organizational positioning and tone of voice
- Develop a messaging framework for different audiences
- Create core messaging assets including:
- Taglines
- Elevator pitch
- Value propositions
- Brand narrative
3. Visual Identity Design
- Develop and present at least three visual identity concepts
- Refine the selected direction based on feedback
- Deliver a complete visual identity system, including:
- Logo variations
- Color palette and typography
- Iconography and accessibility guidelines
- Ensure the design works in low-bandwidth environments and across digital platforms
4. Application & Handoff
- Apply the new brand to templates such as reports, presentations, social media, and newsletters
- Provide Canva-compatible assets and editable files
- Deliver brand guidelines and governance documentation
- Conduct a virtual onboarding session for NetHope staff
