Applications are open for the KAUST Microelectronics Winter Camp (MEWC) 2027, a fully funded six-week research program in Saudi Arabia for undergraduate students, recent graduates and master’s students in relevant fields.
The program will be hosted by the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) from January 4 to February 11, 2027.
Participants will work on hands-on research projects, receive technical training and gain experience working with advanced technologies under the guidance of KAUST researchers and experts.

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be from any country
- Be a recent graduate, senior undergraduate or current master’s student
- Be studying in a field related to electrical engineering, computer engineering or a closely related discipline
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0
- Have strong English-language skills
- Demonstrate strong motivation to participate in research projects
