The i-SEA Fellowship 2026 in Singapore offers an exciting opportunity to learn from industry experts, connect with other young creators, and gain international experience.
The fellowship is a fully funded, month-long hybrid programme that combines online learning with an in-person experience in Singapore. A total of 40 young content creators will be selected to participate.
The Singapore component is scheduled for 7–12 December 2026, and selected fellows will receive funding to participate.

About the i-SEA Fellowship
The i-SEA Fellowship is designed for young student content creators who want to develop their skills in digital storytelling, information integrity, media, and responsible AI.
The programme is organized by the Centre for Information Integrity and the Internet (IN-cube) at Nanyang Technological University’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, in partnership with the Temasek Foundation and the NTU ASEAN, China and India (ACI) Mobility Fund.
Participants will take part in online masterclasses and mentorship before travelling to Singapore for an intensive week of workshops, networking activities and an international hackathon.

Who Can Apply?
The fellowship has specific eligibility requirements. Applicants applying from outside Singapore should generally meet the following criteria:
- Be between 18 and 25 years old
- Be a citizen or resident of an eligible country in Southeast Asia, China or India
- Be currently enrolled in a junior college, polytechnic, university or another post-secondary institution
- Obtain a nomination or endorsement from their educational institution
- Have at least 1,000 followers on a social media platform
- Have a consistent history of posting content
- Be active on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or other social media platforms
- Be available to participate in the full fellowship programme
Singaporean applicants may be eligible from age 16, subject to the programme’s requirements.
