What Does the MARIHE Scholarship Cover?

Who Can Apply?

The Erasmus Mundus MARIHE programme is open to applicants from around the world who meet the academic and language requirements.

Applicants must:

Hold a first university degree, such as a Bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrate strong motivation and interest in the development and management of research and innovation in higher education.
Have sufficient English-language proficiency for academic study.
Provide an accepted English language test certificate unless they qualify for an exemption.

Who May Be Exempt?

You may qualify for an English-language test exemption if you completed qualifying education in English while residing in the country where you studied.

A Bachelor’s degree completed in an EU/EEA country, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK or the USA.
A two-year Master’s degree completed in one of those countries.
Full secondary education completed in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the UK or the USA.
